Big Fish Casino Free Chips: Bonuses, Vaults and What to Avoid
On this page
Big Fish Casino’s free chips come from bonuses built into the game, such as the Return Bonus, the Bonus Vaults and the Daily Spin, plus promotion links posted on its official Facebook page and in its email newsletter. All of them are listed in the game’s own help centre. Nothing outside those channels can put chips in your account, so treat generators, chip sellers and strangers offering chips as scams.
What are the official ways to get free Big Fish Casino chips?
As described in the Big Fish Casino help centre in October 2026:
| Source | How it works |
|---|---|
| Return Bonus | Free chips on your first open each day, growing over seven consecutive days; miss a day and it drops back to the base amount |
| Daily Friend Bonus | Extra daily chips for each friend you have in the game, up to a cap |
| Bonus Vaults | Bronze refills every 30 minutes, Silver every 4 hours and Gold every 20 hours; the Gold Vault opens at XP level 15 |
| Daily Spin | One wheel spin each day when you first open the game |
| Videos | Chips for each full video watched, with a daily limit; only some players are offered this |
| Facebook page | Promotion links that open the game and add chips; on a phone you do not need a Facebook account to redeem them |
| Email newsletter | Redeem Now links, once you add your email under Account Settings in the app |
| In-game promotions | Offers flagged when you open the game |
| Tickets and Gold | Tickets go into the Reward Center for a chance at chips; Gold can be exchanged for chips |
A few rules from the same help centre are worth knowing: each promotion can be redeemed only once, several bonuses scale with your VIP tier, and the help centre uses Pacific time for its dates and times, which runs three hours behind Toronto and Montreal. Our guide to daily bonuses, timers and streaks covers how mechanics like the Return Bonus are built.
Bigger free bonuses at higher VIP tiers come with a catch: VIP points are earned through purchases and levelling up, so the generous end of the bonus tables is partly paid for. See our explainer on levels, XP and VIP tiers for how these ladders work across apps.
Why should you avoid chip sellers, generators and strangers offering chips?
Product Madness’s terms forbid buying, selling or trading virtual items outside what the game allows, and breaking that rule can cost you the account. Big Fish Casino does let you gift chips through its Gift Store, which is why chip resale has a history here: the Ninth Circuit’s 2018 Kater decision described how chips could be sold on a secondary market and delivered through the in-game transfer. A stranger who wants payment outside the game for a chip “transfer” is asking you to break the terms, and Product Madness’s terms say it has no obligation to step into disputes between players if the chips never arrive.
Generators cannot work: chips live in your game account, and Product Madness’s terms allow transfers only where the game itself permits them. What generator sites want is your login or personal details. The help centre adds that support never starts conversations by text or phone and never asks for passwords, PINs or banking details; if a message like that arrives, do not reply, open attachments or click links, and report it through support.
In Canada, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre’s phishing guidance describes the same tactics, and you can report fraud to the CAFC online. For the bigger picture, read where free coins come from and how generator scams work.
What should you do if your Big Fish Casino chips disappear?
Recovery is easiest if you linked the account to Facebook. If you did, open the app’s settings, choose Connect and sign in to the same Facebook account; the help centre warns this replaces whatever account is currently on the device. If you did not, contact support with as much as you can: your Friend Code, username, approximate level, chip and Gold balance, club, and details of your last two purchases.
Support starts in the game: tap the gear icon in the lobby and choose Game Help to browse answers or message the team. If you cannot get into the game, the Big Fish Casino help centre has a messenger and lists a support email address, and either way you will need your Friend Code and email address.
If you play on Facebook, plan the move now: the Facebook version closes on December 30, 2026, and signing in to the web version with the same Facebook account keeps your chips, VIP tier, friends and club. For chips bought through Apple or Google that never arrived or were charged in error, the store handles refunds, as our App Store and Google Play refunds guide explains.

Questions people ask
How do you get free chips on Big Fish Casino?
Open the game every day for the Return Bonus and Daily Spin, collect the Bonus Vaults as their timers run down, and claim promotion links from the official Big Fish Casino Facebook page and email newsletter. Adding friends, watching videos where offered, and exchanging tickets or Gold can add more.
What happens to my Big Fish Casino account when the Facebook version closes?
The help centre says Big Fish Casino on Facebook closes on December 30, 2026, but your account survives. Sign in to the web version with the same Facebook account and your chips, VIP tier, friends and club carry over.
Will Big Fish Casino support ever ask for my password?
No. The game's help centre says its support team does not start conversations by text message or phone call and never asks for passwords, PINs or banking details. Treat any message that does as a scam and report it.
