Levels, XP and VIP Tiers Explained
On this page
Levels and VIP tiers are two different ladders. Your level rises as you bet, because experience points (XP) come from wagering virtual coins, and higher levels open more slots and bigger bet sizes. VIP or loyalty tiers rise mainly with real-money purchases in the coin store, and higher tiers pay bigger bonuses, purchase multipliers and access to VIP-only games.
How do XP and levels work?
Every major app runs a level bar that fills as you play, and the published rules agree on where XP comes from: betting. As described in October 2026:
- Big Fish Casino’s help centre says XP comes from placing virtual bets.
- Huuuge Casino says every bet earns XP, with slots earning the most per bet.
- Jackpot Party’s FAQ says each spin earns experience points.
What a new level gives you varies, but the official sources list the same handful of rewards:
- Coins or chips on each level-up, with bigger milestone prizes. Huuuge pays milestone rewards every 5 levels up to level 100 and every 10 levels after that.
- New slots. Big Fish Casino, Jackpot Party and Quick Hit all say new machines open up as you level. Huuuge also lets players skip a slot’s level requirement by spending diamonds, which its help centre describes as a premium currency.
- Bigger bets. Big Fish Casino lists higher virtual line bets among the things a new level makes available.
- Features. Some features wait behind a level: Huuuge’s daily wheel from level 10, Big Fish Casino’s slot tournaments from level 10, and Quick Hit’s Race of Glory from level 100.
Why do bets keep getting bigger as you level?
A level tracks how much betting you have done, not how well you play. Slotomania’s own FAQ says outcomes come from a random number generator, so there is no skill to measure in the first place.
Several features then reward betting big:
- League scores are often based on chips won. Huuuge awards 1 League Point for every 100,000 chips won on slots, and Heart of Vegas says higher bets earn better league medallions.
- The numbers get enormous. Chip totals and jackpots grew large enough that Huuuge added quadrillions and quintillions to its number display to keep them readable (help article dated August 2026).
The practical catch is simple arithmetic. A bigger bet drains a balance faster, and an empty balance leaves two choices: wait for the next timer bonus or buy coins. Keeping your bet size where it was a few levels ago is one of the easiest ways to make free coins last.
How do VIP and loyalty tiers work?
Most big apps enrol you automatically and move you up as you earn tier points. The key question is what earns those points. Here is what the publishers said in October 2026:
| App and program | What earns status | Tiers | Examples of perks |
|---|---|---|---|
| DoubleDown Casino, Diamond Club | Loyalty points from chip-store purchases | 11, White to Royal | Top Daily Wheel prize from 2 million to 55 million chips; daily gifts from 3 to 15; weekly VIP vouchers from Yellow up; dedicated ambassadors at Royal |
| Heart of Vegas, Player’s World | Purchase activity only; wins do not count | 5, Member to Platinum | Cashback from Bronze up, collected with the daily wheel |
| Big Fish Casino, VIP Rewards | Purchases and levelling up | 16, tier 0 to tier 15 | Purchase multipliers from 1.5x to 7.5x; VIP-only slots and the VIP Lounge from tier 4 |
| Playtika Rewards (House of Fun, Caesars Slots and other Playtika games) | Status points from playing, levelling up and purchases | 7, Bronze to Black Diamond | Bigger daily gifts and coin packages; VIP games and personal account management at Royal Diamond |
| Huuuge Casino, Huuuge Rewards | Points from levelling up and purchases | 7, with separate rules for the top Ultimate Card | Bigger bonuses, boosted value on purchases, a dedicated account manager at the top |
| myVEGAS Slots, myVIP | Collecting daily and hourly bonuses, and buying chip bundles | Not published in text | Shown in-game by tapping your VIP level |
Two extra layers are worth knowing about. Slotomania’s Inner Circle page says the program is open to players at Platinum and above, with perks including 25% more coins on coin purchases and a weekly “Safety Net” rebate of 5% of total bets minus total wins. Caesars Slots runs a Toga Rewards Club whose terms describe its tokens as cashback of 0.7% to 2.1% on purchases, rising with purchase size and tier.
myVEGAS also caps how many loyalty points gameplay can earn, with the cap generally refreshing after about 24 hours. Its real-world rewards side is covered on our myVEGAS rewards page.
Do VIP tiers expire or drop?
The rules differ more than you might expect:
- Big Fish Casino says its VIP tier never resets or decreases, though it keeps the right to end a player’s participation.
- Huuuge Casino says regular loyalty cards do not expire, but the top Ultimate Card needs a set number of points every year. Miss the target and you drop a tier, keeping Ultimate benefits until the end of the following year.
- Heart of Vegas says status is reevaluated regularly, based on points earned since the last evaluation, without publishing the schedule.
- Caesars Slots’ Toga tokens are valid until about the end of the calendar year they were earned in, then converted into virtual currency or items.
When status comes mostly from purchases and has to be renewed, keeping it means continuing to spend.
What is the catch with levels and VIP?
- Multipliers make the next purchase look cheaper. The higher the tier, the more coins each dollar buys, which is a reason to buy again rather than a saving.
- Account managers work for the publisher. DoubleDown’s top tier gets dedicated ambassadors, Playtika’s Royal Diamond includes personal account management, and Huuuge mentions a dedicated account manager for its top players. Treat their offers like any other offer.
- Rebates soften losing streaks. A rebate on net losses, like Slotomania’s Safety Net, gives coins back in proportion to how much you lost, which makes heavy betting feel cheaper than it is.
- None of it is money. Every perk is paid in virtual currency with no cash value.
If a tier is starting to feel like something to protect, our guide to setting your own limits shows how to cap spending at the device level, and how coin store offers are priced explains the bundles VIP perks are attached to. Leagues are where bet size matters most, so clubs, leagues and clans is a good next read.
Questions people ask
How do you become a VIP in a social casino app?
In most big apps you are enrolled automatically and climb by earning tier points. DoubleDown Casino's Diamond Club and Heart of Vegas' Player's World both say their points come from purchases, while Big Fish Casino and Huuuge Casino count levelling up as well as purchases. Check the loyalty screen in your app for the current rules.
Do you lose VIP status in social casino apps?
It depends on the program. Big Fish Casino says its VIP tier never resets or decreases, while Huuuge Casino's top Ultimate Card needs a yearly points target and Heart of Vegas reevaluates status on a regular cycle. Read the loyalty rules before treating any tier as permanent.
What does levelling up do in slot apps?
Levelling up pays coin rewards and opens new slot machines and extra features, and in some apps, such as Big Fish Casino, higher bet sizes. XP comes from betting, so your level reflects how much betting you have done rather than any skill.
