Slotomania Free Coins: Every Official Source, and the Scams to Skip
On this page
The only free Slotomania Coins worth chasing come from Playtika itself: the lobby’s Special Bonus, the daily gift in your Gift Center, the Coin Store’s free bonus, level-ups and big wins, gifts from friends, and links in official posts, notifications and emails. Every other promise of free Coins, especially a “generator” or a stranger asking for your login, is a waste of time at best and an account takeover at worst.
Where do free Slotomania Coins officially come from?
Slotomania’s official website keeps a free coins page that lists the sources below (as of October 2026). Amounts depend on your level and change with promotions, so treat any figure quoted on a third-party site with suspicion.
| Source | How it works |
|---|---|
| Special Bonus | Sits in the lobby, refills every four hours and grows as you progress |
| Lucy’s gift | A daily gift waiting in your Gift Center when you open the game |
| Store Bonus | Free Coins you collect from the Coin Store once a day |
| Gameplay | Logging in, Mega Wins and level-up bonuses all pay Coins |
| Friends’ gifts | Facebook friends who play (Slotofriends) can send daily Coin gifts |
| Notifications | Facebook, phone and in-app notifications can carry a Coin gift |
| Official social accounts | Posts on the Slotomania Facebook page, plus links in its Instagram bio and stories |
| Promotional emails with Coin links, if you have opted in |
Apart from the four-hour Special Bonus, most of these arrive once a day or whenever Playtika posts an offer, the rhythm described in our guide to daily bonuses, timers and streaks. Friends’ gifts work the way we describe in friends, gifts and leaderboards.
One caveat: free bonuses are not the same size for everyone. The Special Bonus grows as you advance, and Playtika Rewards status, which raises in-game benefits, is earned through level-ups and purchases, with bigger purchases earning more. In other words, spending can also raise what you receive for free.
Do free coin link sites and coin generators work?
Fan-run “free coin link” pages collect the same links Slotomania posts on Facebook and Instagram. Playtika does not run them, they cannot give you anything the official posts do not already contain, and you cannot be sure where a reposted link leads until you tap it. Going straight to the official accounts is faster and safer.
Generators, modded apps and coin hacks do not work. Playtika’s terms say virtual items are available only through its own services, and they forbid buying, selling or trading Coins on any other platform or website, with account closure as a possible result. A tool that claims to add Coins is after something else, usually your login or your personal details.
The same goes for anyone who messages you offering Coins in exchange for your Facebook or Playtika login. The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre describes phishing as tricks designed to get your personal information or get you to click a link, and warns that a bad link can infect your device. That is what these offers are.
If you handed over a password or payment details, change your passwords, call your bank if a card is involved, and report it to the CAFC online. Our wider explainer on where free coins come from and how generator scams work covers the same traps across other apps.
What should you do if your Slotomania Coins disappear?
Start with the simple checks. If you play on more than one device, or in a browser as well as the app, make sure you are signed in to the same account everywhere before assuming anything is lost. If a purchase seems missing, find the receipt in your App Store or Google Play purchase history.
Then contact Playtika. The Customer Support link on Slotomania’s official website opens Playtika’s support site for the game, and the game’s Google Play listing gives a Playtika support email address. Never send your password, and be wary of anyone who contacts you first claiming to be support.
Keep expectations realistic. Playtika’s terms say sales of virtual items are final for players outside the UK and Europe, and that it can end your licence to them, so support may restore an account but is not obliged to compensate a lost balance. For Coins bought through Apple or Google, any refund request goes to the store, as our page on App Store and Google Play refunds explains.
For the bigger picture on who runs the app and what its Coin packs cost, see our Slotomania guide. If you also play its sister game, the House of Fun free coins page covers the same ground for that app.
Questions people ask
Do Slotomania coin generators really work?
No. Playtika's terms say virtual items are available only through its own services and may not be bought or sold anywhere else, so no outside tool can add Coins to your account. Sites and apps that claim to generate Coins are usually after your login or your personal details.
How often can you get free coins in Slotomania?
Slotomania's official free coins page describes a lobby Special Bonus that refills every four hours, a daily gift from Lucy and a daily Store Bonus, plus extras from level-ups, friends, notifications and official social posts. Timers and amounts can change, so the countdown in your own lobby is the reliable guide.
Who do I contact about missing Slotomania coins?
Use the Customer Support link on Slotomania's official website, which opens Playtika's support site for the game. Have your App Store or Google Play receipt ready if paid Coins did not arrive, and never share your password with anyone who contacts you first.
